This is how we'll get your copy just right.
Step 1. The Casual Call
First things first - let’s say hey. After you click “let’s chat” and fill out my contact form, we’ll hop on a no-pressure call so you can tell me what you're looking for and we can get to know each other. (If we’re a good fit, we’ll make things official.)
Step 2. The Project Kickoff
Once we're official, we'll get to the fun stuff! You’ll fill out a project questionnaire, and we’ll schedule a kick-off call so I can learn more about your business and goals.
Step 3. The Research
To nail your messaging and make sure your copy performs, I’ll research your industry and your target audience. This can include interviewing 4-7 of your customers or creating a customer survey for you to send out.
Step 4. The Writing
Once I’m armed with all that research and data, I’ll write. I’ll use copywriting frameworks, no-ick persuasive techniques, and good old-fashioned pen-wielding (er, keyboard wielding?) to capture your brand voice and produce high-quality copy.
Step 5. The Reveal
After hunkering down behind my keyboard, I’ll emerge to share the first draft of your copy with you! I’ll also provide a brief copy walkthrough to show you the “why” behind the strategy, structure, and language.
Step 6. The Revisions
You’ll have two revision rounds to lock in the final version. Then I’ll proofread and polish the copy before it’s yours to use!
Step 7. The Crowd Goes Wild
After you’ve received your finalized copy, you get 14 days of follow-up support. That means I’ll check over and optimize the published work to make sure everything sparkles and is ready to perform.
